Sago Melkkos Dessert

Ingredients:
100g Sago
1L Full Cream Milk
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 Egg
15ml Custard Powder
15ml All-purpose Flour
30ml Water
3-5 Tsp Brown Sugar (to taste)
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
 
 Method:
Pour milk into a pot and bring to a warm temperature. Add sago and stir for 5 minutes. Cover and place the pot in the Wonderbag for 45 minutes. Remove from the Wonderbag and place on the stove, bring to a boil while stirring continuiusly. In a small bowl, mix the custard powder, flour, water and egg. Add a lable of milk from the pot and stir well . Add the mixture and cinnamon to the pot, stirring continuously until thinkened (about 10 minutes). Add sugar to taste and cook another 5 minutes. Remove from the stove and transfer to a medium serving dish. Place back in the Wonderbag for a warm dessert or leave at room temperature/ in the fridge. Serve with vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
